Privacy Policy

Willow · Last updated 4 September 2026

Willow is made by ThinkCreation LLC. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app. The short version: your habit data stays on your device, and we don't collect it.

What stays on your device

Everything you create in Willow — your habits, your logged days, your rest days, your tree, and your settings — is stored locally on your iPhone. It is not uploaded to us, and we have no way to read it. Willow works fully offline and does not require an account.

You can export your data at any time from Settings, and deleting the app removes it from your device.

What we don't do

Notifications

If you turn on reminders, Willow schedules them locally on your device using iOS notifications. Reminder times and text never leave your phone.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your name, card details, or billing address.

To know whether your subscription is active, Willow uses a subscription management service. That service receives an anonymous identifier generated by the app, along with the status of your purchase. It is not linked to your name, your email, or your habit data, and it is used only to determine what you have access to.

Children

Willow is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
